Policies & details
Pack expiration
4-Pack and 8-Pack credits are for use within the month and expire at the end of that month. Unused credits do not roll over.
Late cancellation & no-shows
Please cancel early so another client can take your spot. Late cancellations and no-shows may forfeit the class credit under studio policy. Ask the studio for the exact cancellation window if you need a specific cutoff listed here.
Membership commitment
Unlimited memberships bill monthly and can be canceled anytime from your Momence account. There is no membership cancellation fee and no long-term contract.
Unlimited booking restrictions
Unlimited Monthly members can book up to 7 days in advance. Founding Unlimited members receive priority booking before the public. Class capacity still applies—book early for popular times.
“Rate locked for life” conditions
The Founding Unlimited rate of $250/month stays locked for founding members for as long as the Founding Unlimited membership remains active. If the membership lapses or is canceled, the locked founding rate may no longer apply if you rejoin later.
How long the founding offer lasts
The Founding Unlimited offer is available for a limited time while founding member spots remain. Once founding spots are filled or the offer ends, new members join at the standard Unlimited Monthly rate.

How do I cancel?
You can manage or cancel your membership any time from your Momence account — no phone call needed. There is no membership cancellation fee.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes. If you need to pause for travel or injury, you can freeze your membership from your account dashboard.
When does billing start?
Your first charge happens at purchase. After that, you're billed on the same date each month.
